요약문

짙은 미세먼지의 잦은 출몰과 폭염, 폭설 등 환경이슈가 우리사회의 뜨거운 감자로 떠오르면서 친환경에 대한 관심 이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 환경이슈에 더하여 글로벌에서 가장 이슈화되고 있는 환경이슈를 들면 기후변화(climate change)와 순환경제(circular economy)일 것이다. 특히 순 환경제에 대한 이슈화로 재활용과 재사용이 떠오르고 있 다. 즉, 지금까지의 선형경제(linear economy)에서 순환경 제로 전환함에 따라 폐기물 발생량을 줄이는 것과 함께 비 용절감도 이뤄 지속가능한 사회로의 전환을 유도하고자 하는 취지이다.
