기업간 제품환경성정보 교환 포맷 개발

현재 기업 소비자가 공급사에 요구하는 제품환경성정보를 파악하고, 이들이 어떠한 형태로 교환되고 있는지를 알아보고 자 한국의 한 부품 공급사인 연구대상 업체가 기업 고객으로부터 요구받은 녹색구매 질의서를 분석하였다. 녹색구매 질의서 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업간 교류되는 대부분의 환경성 정보는 ROHS 및 WEEE등의 국제적 환경법규에서 제한 하는 유해물질에 국한된 정보였다. 둘째, 제품의 전체 물질정보를 요구하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 셋째, 질의서 전체적으로 구매활동에 제품의 전과정을 고려하지 않고 있다. 따라서 기업간 교류되어야 하는 제품 환경성 정보에 단지 유해물질에 국한되는 것이 아니라, 제품의 전과정에서의 환경 개선 이슈들을 망라하는 다양한 정보들이 포함되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 상기 내용을 고려하여, 기업간 제품환경성 정보 데이터 포맷을 제안하였다.

This study is focused on exchange format of product environmental information in the supply chain. We analyzed questionnaires related to Green Procurement from the business consumers of an electronics supplier in Korea. The followings are major attributes included in the product environmental information. First, most of the environmental information requested was related to the hazardous substances regulated under the RoHS and to some extent under the WEEE directives. Second, information for material declaration of a product was one of the frequently asked questions. Third, no life cycle thinking was imbedded in the product environmental information requested. Based on the analytical results, desirable environmental information recommended to exchange in the future should include; not only information about the hazardous substances but also various material information covers whole life-cycle of product. Considering the upper recommendation, finally the environmental product data format has been suggested.
