샴푸의 전과정평가에 관한 연구

요약문

애경산업에서 생산하는 샴푸에 대한 환경영향을 파악하기 위하여 전과정평가를 수행하였다. 전과정평가의 과정은 목표 및 범위 설정, 전과정목록분석, 전과정영향평가(가중치 부여)를 수행한 후, 단계별, 영향범주별, 단위 공정별로 key issue를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 원료/포장재 생산 단계가 환경영향이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 영향범주별로는 수중 생태계독성, 단위공 정으로는 1340J 원료생산단계가 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 환경친화적인 샴푸 개발시 활용할 수 있는 기초자료로 사용이 될 것이며, 향후, 경제적인 측면을 고려하여, 샴푸에 대하여 eco-efficiency을 수행할 것이다.

Abstract

Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) of shampoo produced by Aekyung Industrial Co., Ltd. was performed to analyze its environmental properties. The procedure of LCA was followed to goal & scope definition, life cycle inventory(LCI), life cycle impact assessment(LCIA). At the end, the key issue was analyzed in each stage, impact category and unit process. As a result, raw material and package production was the highest environmental load among stages, freshwater eco-toxicity among categories and 1340J among raw materials. LCA results will be used as the basic data in the development of environmentally friendly shampoo. Furthermore, in consideration with economic aspect, we are going to study eco-efficiency.
