요약문

애경산업에서 생산하는 치약에 대한 환경성을 파악하기 위하여 전과정평가를 수행하였다. 전과정평가는 목표 및 범위 설 정, 목록 분석, 가중치 부여를 수행하여, 환경영향 범주별 key issue를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 제품의 전과정 가운데 원료 및 제품 생산 단계, 운송단계에서 환경영향이 가장 높게 나타났고, 생산공정의 세척방법을 개선하고, 제품의 운송수단을 대체 함으로써 환경지수가 전체적으로 3% 개선되었다.

Abstract

With the toothpaste produced by Aekyung Industrial Co. Ltd., we performed life cycle assessment to examine their environmental properties. The procedure of LCA was followed to goal & scope definition, classification, weighting and found the key issue. As a result, it was found that environmental load is the highest at the stage of raw material extraction and production. Furthermore, the environmental indicator was improved by three percent with the application to the environmental friendly cleaning method of a production process and the change of a transportation tool.
