기업의 환경규제 대응을 위한 종합정보시스템 활용

본 논문에서는 기업의 환경규제 대응 절차에 따라 종합정보시스템의 활용안을 예시와 함께 제시한다. 기업의 환경규제 대응 절차는 1)수출대상지역과 규제 확인 단계, 2) 해당규제에 대한 관련정보 수집, 3) 대상제품 확인, 4) 의무이행주체 확인, 5) 규제요건 준수여부 확인, 6) 대응방안 수립 단계, 총 여섯 단계로 구분된다. 이러한 기업의 환경규제 대응 절차 별로 종합정보시스템의 통합검색, 규제분석보고서, 사전평가 및 기타 서비스들이 다양하게 활용 될 수 있다. 종합정보시스템은 대상 산업과 지역·주제 범위를 확장할 예정이며 국내 환경규 제 대응 시 중심 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper presents application of integrated system according to the counter-response processes of companies to environmental regulations with an example. The counter-response processes of companies are composed of six steps; checking out their export region and regulations, collection of regulatory information. product-identification, obligator-identification, examination of compliance with regulations, and establishment of corresponding strategy. On each step the contents of the integrated system such as analysis report, self diagnois tool and other services could be applied variously. The coverage of this system is expanding in industry, region and subject. And this system takes a major role in hardening the foundation for coping with environmental regulations.
